There can be situations where you have a list of leads or domains which permanently bounce or leads who’ve asked your company to stop contacting them permanenlty

For such situations you can upload a global block list as a CSV containing domains/emails or manually enter them in the settings section of your app

Import a CSV containing a column of CSVs OR domains, and map the that column mentioned.

This will ensure any campaign that contains emails in the CSV or emails from domains in the CSV are deleted.

In addition, whenever you upload a new list for any campaign, hence on end, will be thoroughly checked to find any “blocked” domains/emails and will be automatically removed for you to prevent you from reaching out to them and hurting your domain reputation
